Welcome aperitif with our “Naghiro” Fiano IGP Salento accompanied by  traditional Apulian taralli, local olives, and friselline topped with fresh cherry tomatoes, enhanced by our very own Jorche Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

We will then proceed to the production area and continue the tasting with our Caleido – Negroamaro IGP Salento, paired with eggplant rolls and traditional fried meatballs.

During the tour of our barrel cellar, you will have the unique opportunity to taste a Primitivo directly from the barrique.

Following this, we will offer a tasting of the Primitivo di Manduria DOP Riserva, the same wine tasted in the cellar, now in its final bottled version – to compare the aging stages. This will be paired with local pecorino cheese and Capocollo di Martina Franca.

To conclude the guided visit, you will enjoy a tasting of our Primitivo di Manduria DOCG Dolce Naturale, served with traditional Apulian almond-based sweets, known as “pezzi duri”.
