Welcome aperitif with tasting of our “Dipinta” Negroamaro Rosato IGP Salento,  accompanied with “tarallini” from Puglia.
Guided visit of the Winery and, during the tour inside the underground barrique cellar, tasting of one Primitivo drawn directly from the barrique.
At the end of the guided visit, tasting of our Primitivo di Manduria DOP and to finish of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Jorche upon homemade “friselle”.
